Yogurt Mix

 

 

  • 1 cup unsweetened no fruit added organic plain or Greek yogurt

  • Handful of fresh or frozen berries of choice

  • Teaspoon of honey, maple syrup or stevia for sweetness (optional)

  • Teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)

  • Tablespoon of chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin or seed of choice (optional ) may use nuts such as almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts etc. as well

  • May also add a handful of organic oats

 

Mix all the ingredients and enjoy.
