Yogurt Mix
-
1 cup unsweetened no fruit added organic plain or Greek yogurt
-
Handful of fresh or frozen berries of choice
-
Teaspoon of honey, maple syrup or stevia for sweetness (optional)

Teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
-
Tablespoon of chia, flax, hemp, pumpkin or seed of choice (optional ) may use nuts such as almonds, pecans, hazelnuts, walnuts etc. as well
-
May also add a handful of organic oats
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy.
