CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, checks, and cash. Payments being made by check or cash must be made in person, otherwise, please use our online portal. CLASS CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Missed Classes Policy There are no refunds, transfers, make-ups or deferments for missed classes. Personal Training Cancellations Personal Training Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be subject to forfeiture. Cancellation Policy Peak Performance Training Inc. reserves the right to cancel any class for any reason. If you have questions, or would like to transfer or cancel membership, please contact us. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS, HOLDS, & REFUNDS Refund Policy All membership purchases are final. Membership Holds We do not offer membership holds but will consider them for extreme circumstances on a case by case basis. Recurring Membership Cancellation 30-Day Policy Recurring memberships may be canceled with 30-days written notice if there are no outstanding contracts or commitments. Members with outstanding contracts or commitments must fulfill the terms of their contract or commitment before canceling their recurring membership. A prorated membership will be charged on your next charge date for any days of membership within the 30-day window from your written cancellation date.
