What is food?

We require 6 essential nutrients to live: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals and water. Three of these are called “macro-nutrients”; carbohydrates, proteins and fats. These are our only source of energy and we need to maintain a balanced diet to provide our body with sufficient energy. The balance of these nutrients controls the hormonal response in our body that also controls the shape of our body.

With continued monitoring of body-fat levels through caliper testing, the right diet can be designed for YOU. No “Magic pills” or “Gimmick diet programs”, just the right foods at the right time for your body type to get you lean and healthy.
